Agilent Technologies Narrow-Bore (2.1mm) Separation of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs

This document describes the high-resolution separation method and characteristics of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, as well as the narrow-bore column configuration suitable for LC/MS applications. The Eclipse XDB-C8 column is capable of separating acidic, basic, and neutral molecules with good peak shape. Specific analysis conditions and the pKa values of the drugs are provided.
