Agilent Analysis of Nortriptyline in Plasma

This document describes the analysis of Nortriptyline in plasma. It utilizes on-line extraction and separation using a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 column, which provides excellent peak shape. The method operates optimally over a wide pH range. This fast and direct approach is used to determine physiological levels of Nortriptyline in the bloodstream.
