Agilent Rapid Human Polyclonal IgG Quantification Using the Agilent Bio-Monolith Protein A HPLC Column

This application note describes a method for rapid analytical separation and quantification of human polyclonal IgG using the Agilent Bio-Monolith Protein A HPLC column. The method is applicable to the separation of IgG from complex mixtures and can also be used to monitor fermentation titers throughout large scale IgG production.
