Agilent Fast Sensitive EtG Analysis in Urine With Pursuit C18 HPLC Column the 320-MS LC/MS/MS Application Note

EtG is a minor metabolite of ethanol, can be detected in blood for up to 36 hours and in urine for up to 5 days, can be used as a biomarker for alcohol consumption. This application note describes a fast and sensitive EtG analysis method using the Varian Pursuit C18 HPLC column and 320-MS LC/MS/MS system, which demonstrates good linearity, high sensitivity, and stable ion ratios with a detection limit of 10 ppb.
