Agilent SEC Analysis of Gelatin with Online Light Scattering Detection Application Note

This application note introduces a SEC method for the analysis of food-grade gelatins. Using Agilent PL aquagel-OH MIXED-H 8 µm columns, a wide molecular weight range can be analyzed with excellent resolution. This method simplifies the analysis of molecular weight distributions of water soluble polymers with intermediate to high molecular weight.
