FAIRCHILD FAN5607 Data Sheet

FAN5607 is a high-efficiency LED driver from Fairchild Semiconductor. The driver adopts three operating modes, with an output current of up to 120mA and a support voltage range of 2.4V-5.5V. The driver also has an internal switching reconfiguration and fractional switching technology to achieve high efficiency across the entire input voltage range. In addition, the driver has internally matched LED current sources, adaptive VOUT adjustment, soft-start, short circuit protection and other features.
