Agilent Technologies Identification Quantitation of Herbicides Pesticides in Water by LC

This document describes a method for the identification and quantification of pesticides and herbicides in water using liquid chromatography (LC) and diode array detector (DAD). The method was developed not only for the separation and detection of 17 common herbicides but also 19 additional herbicides and pesticides of possible interest. The methodology consists of: • Sample preparation by Solid Phase Extraction using Empore Disk technology • Separation by HPLC • Peak identification by Spectral Library Search using a Diode Array Detector
