Agilent Productivity Enhancement of USP Assay for Ibuprofen Oral Suspension with the 920-LC Pursuit XRs C8 Column

This article presents a method for the USP assay of ibuprofen oral suspension using Varian 920-LC and Pursuit™ XRs C8 column. The results obtained from the experiment show that all performance requirements of the USP methods are satisfied and demonstrate a significant enhancement in laboratory productivity when using this system.
