Agilent Analgesics APPLICATION NOTE(1)

This application note describes a procedure for the separation of four common analgesics by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) using a Polaris 5µ C8-Ether column. A 0.1% formic acid solution was used as the mobile phase. The four analgesics can be clearly seen in the chromatogram.
