Fatty Acids Application 2328 LC uses HPLC technology to analyze Pursuit™ 5µ C8, 150 x 4.6mm column and uses MeCN + 0.1% HCOOH and Water + 0.1% HCOOH as mobile phase, flow rate is 1.5 mL/min, detection wavelength is 205 nm, peaks are linolenic acid, linoleic acid and oleic acid.
