ABT162827A is a 20-bit non-inverting buffer from TI with independent output enable signals. The output ports have equivalent 25-ohm series resistors, so no external resistors are required. During power on and off, it is in the high impedance state. The typical VOLP (output ground bounce) is less than 1V at VCC=5V, TA=25°C. Distributed VCC and GND pins minimize high-speed switching noise. Ioff and power-up 3-state support hot insertion. The flow-through architecture optimizes PCB layout. Latch-up performance exceeds 500 mA per JEDEC Standard JESD-17. ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 - 2000-V Human-Body Model (A114-A) - 200-V Machine Model (A115-A)
