The THS1215 is a low power, 12-bit, 15 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates with a 3.3-V supply. It can be configured as a single-ended input, a single-ended input with offset, or a differential input. The THS1215 also provides a wide selection of voltage references to meet user design requirements. Additionally, the THS1215 provides an output to monitor any out-of-range condition in the THS1215's input range. The THS1215's speed, resolution, and single-supply operation make it well suited for applications in video, multimedia, high-speed acquisition, and communications.
