TEXAS INSTRUMENTS THS1060 handbook

The THS1060 is a high performance communication analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Texas Instruments. It uses a 10-bit CMOS process and has a maximum sampling rate of 60 MS/s. The maximum resolution is 10 bits and the product has no missing codes. It also has an on-chip sample and hold function. The THS1060 is suitable for a variety of applications, including wireless local loop, wireless internet access, cable modem receivers, medical ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging.
