TEXAS INSTRUMENTS SN75C198 handbook

SN75C198 is a quadruple low-power line driver that meets the specifications of ANSI EIA/TIA-232-E and ITU Recommendation V.28. It has very low supply current and ultra-low supply current, and is an improved functional replacement for SN75188, Motorola MC1488, National Semiconductor DS14C88, and DS1488. It has CMOS- and TTL-compatible data inputs, with a controlled-output slew rate of 30 V/µs and an output current limit of 10 mA. It is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.
