Agilent Determination of Cu Zn Fe Ca Mg Na K in serum by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy Manual

This article introduces a simple method for the determination of copper, zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium in serum using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. One milliliter of serum is diluted to 10 milliliters with deionized water, and the determination of seven elements is automatically performed.
