Agilent Well to well reproducibility using a white 96 well microplate Manual

This document describes the method and results of well-to-well repeatability testing for a 96-well microplate using the Agilent Cary Eclipse Microplate reader. By adopting correct laboratory procedures and utilizing the reader's alignment function, variations in well-to-well volume and meniscus shape can be minimized. The Agilent Cary Eclipse Microplate reader has a well-to-well repeatability of less than 2%, compared to the 5% repeatability of conventional instruments.
