This article describes the use of an optical fiber attachment for spectro-electrochemical studies. The reduction of CoPc in DMF and its reaction with CO2 were investigated using an optical fiber probe. The advantages of using an optical fiber probe include flexibility, convenience, and suitability for electro-catalysis research.
