ANALOG DEVICES AD9696/AD9698 handbook

AD9696/AD9698 are ultrafast TTL comparators from Analog Devices, with a propagation delay of 4.5ns and a maximum propagation delay dispersion of 200ps. They can be powered by a single +5V supply or ±5V supplies. The complementary matched TTL outputs are compatible with each other. They are suitable for applications such as high-speed line receivers, peak detectors, window comparators, high-speed triggers, and ultrafast pulse-width discriminators.
