Agilent Determination of Aflatoxins (B1 B2 G1 G2) in Corn Peanut Butter by HPLC-FLD Using Pre-column Immunoaffinity Cleanup Post-Column Electrochemical Derivatization handbook

The method developed in this work was based on immunoaffinity clean-up and electrochemical derivatization. The method showed good linearity (0.1-10 µg/L), sensitivity (LOD as low as 0.004-0.007 µg/L), and precision (RSDs less than 0.1% and 0.3%). It can be used for the simultaneous determination of four aflatoxins in corn and peanut butter.
