Agilent Homogeneity of Dried Matrix Spots handbook

This Application Note discusses the concept of dried matrix spot homogeneity and demonstrates the homogeneity of blood spots on an Agilent Bond Elut DMS card. Results show that the size of the blood spots and the analyte dispersion is homogeneous, and the recoveries are reproducible regardless of whether the sample is taken from the center or the edge of the blood spot.
