Agilent High-Throughput In Vitro ADME Permeability Assays With Agilent RapidFire/MS Systems Permeability Assays handbook

This document describes the application of Agilent RapidFire/MS systems for high-throughput in vitro ADME analysis. Permeability assays such as Caco-2 and PAMPA are used to mimic the absorption of potential drug candidates by human intestinal cells. The Agilent RapidFire High-throughput Mass Spectrometry System, coupled with QQQ or TOF MS, enables rapid sample processing and provides results comparable to traditional LC/MS methods in a fraction of the time, making it a cost-effective and highly productive method for assessing permeability in the drug discovery process.
