Agilent High performance DNA oligonucleotide purification using Agilent TOP-DNA handbook

This document describes the method of high performance DNA oligonucleotide purification using Agilent TOP-DNA. Synthetic oligonucleotides have become readily available due to solid phase synthesis, but there are some limitations such as the need for high coupling yields and difficulties in purification. Agilent has developed a purification method specifically designed for DNA oligomers up to 150 bases.
