Agilent The Influence of Silica Pore Size Particle Size on Insulin A Small Protein Molecule Separation

This paper introduces the influence of silica particle size and pore size on insulin separation. The results show that a larger pore size and a smaller particle size lead to better separation of insulin. Agilent Poroshell 120 column with pore size (120Å) and superficially porous particle size (2.7µm) is the best choice for insulin analysis.
