Agilent High-Throughput Lead Discovery with Agilent RapidFire/MS Systems: Analysis of Stearoyl-Coenzyme A Desaturase (SCD)

This document describes the application of Agilent RapidFire/MS Systems in high-throughput drug discovery, as well as its advantages in screening challenging targets. The authors use the acetyl-coenzyme A carboxylase (ACC) assay to illustrate the power of this system.
