Agilent Comparison of UV detection limits between the Agilent 1260 Infinity Analytical SFC System an Agilent 1200 Series LC System

This application note compares the UV sensitivity and detection limits of the Agilent 1260 Infinity Analytical SFC System and the Agilent 1200 Series LC System. Two applications were analyzed using the same column, detector, and separation conditions for both SFC and RPLC. The results showed that although the Agilent 1200 Series LC System was slightly more sensitive, the Agilent 1260 Infinity Analytical SFC System achieved near-HPLC sensitivity.
