The ADN2880 is a 3.3 V, low noise transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with a bandwidth of 2.5 GHz, optical sensitivity of -24.2 dBm, differential transimpedance of 4400 V/A, power dissipation of 70 mW, and differential output swing of 260 mV p-p. It is suitable for optical receivers with a data rate of 3.2 Gbps or below, and can be used in SONET/GbE/FC optical receivers and SFF-8472 compliant receivers. It is also compatible with PIN/APD-TIA receive optical subassemblies (ROSA).
