ANALOG DEVICES AD605 handbook

Update: 30 September, 2023

AD605 is a dual-channel, low-noise, single-supply variable gain amplifier manufactured by Analog Devices. AD605's input noise is 1.8nV/√Hz, 2.7pA/√Hz at maximum gain, bandwidth is 40MHz (-3dB), differential input absolute gain range is programmable from -14dB to +34dB (FBK shorted to OUT) through 0dB to +48dB (FBK open). Variable gain scaling is 20dB/V through 40dB/V. AD605 has stable gain, temperature and power variations, single-ended unipolar gain control output common mode independently set power shutdown at the lower end of gain control. AD605 uses single 5V supply, low power is 90mW/channel, and can directly drive A/D converters.
