ATMEL AT34C02B handbook

The AT34C02B is a serial electrically-erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) with 256 x 8 bits organization. It features permanent and reversible software write protection for the first-half of the array, hardware write protection for the entire array, low-voltage and standard-voltage operation, two-wire serial interface, bidirectional data transfer protocol, and compatibility with different clock speeds. It also has high-reliability with endurance of 1 million write cycles and data retention of 100 years. The package options include JEDEC SOIC, Ultra Thin Mini-MAP (MLP 2x3), TSSOP, and dBGA2.
