AD8322 is a low-cost, digitally controlled variable gain amplifier that supports DOCSIS standard for reverse path transmission gain. It can be programmed in 6 dB steps over a 42 dB range via SPI interface. At 60 dBmV output, the distortion is low, –58dBc SFDR@21MHz, –56dBc SFDR@42MHz. The output noise level is –46dBmV with a bandwidth of 180MHz. The supply voltage is 5V.
