ANALOG DEVICES High Speed 6-Bit A/D Converter AD9000 handbook

AD9000 is a 6-bit high-speed ADC produced by Analog Devices. The maximum conversion rate can reach 77 MS/s. The device adopts the standard flash converter architecture and integrates 64 independent comparators, which can simultaneously determine the precise analog signal level. AD9000 also has low error rate, low input capacitance and overflow bit, which is suitable for communication, electronic warfare, radar and other fields.
