agilent Guard Column

This document describes the design and usage of the Guard Column, which is intended to be used in conjunction with analytical columns for protection against particulate matter and other damaging material in the eluent or sample. It is recommended to filter the eluents and samples before use. The same flow rate, pressure, and solvent restrictions as detailed in the Users Guide apply to Guard Columns.
