NTD20N03L27 is an N-channel DPAK power MOSFET with a rated current of 20 amperes and a rated voltage of 30 volts. The device features low on-resistance (Rds(on)), single base, advanced technology. SPICE parameters are available. The diode is characterized for use in bridge circuits. IDSS and VDS(on) are specified at elevated temperatures. High avalanche energy is specified. ESD JEDAC rated HBM Class 1, MM Class A, CDM Class 0. Typical applications include power supplies, inductive loads, PWM motor controls and replacement for MTD20N03L in many applications.
