The 54ACT16827 and 74ACT16827 are members of the Texas Instruments Widebus family. They are 20-bit buffers/drivers with 3-state outputs. Inputs are TTL-voltage compatible. 3-state outputs drive bus lines directly. Flow-through architecture optimizes PCB layout. Distributed VCC and GND pin configuration minimizes high-speed switching noise. EPIC (Enhanced-Performance Implanted CMOS) 1-µm process. Typical latch-up immunity at 125°C is 500 mA. Package options include plastic 300-mil shrink small-outline (DL) packages using 25-mil center-to-center pin spacings and 380-mil fine-pitch ceramic flat (WD) packages using 25-mil center-to-center pin spacings.
