The LTC4223 is a dual Hot Swap™ controller that meets the power requirements of the MicroTCA specification. It includes an internal 3.3V auxiliary supply channel and an external N-channel driver for the 12V payload supply. It controls the inrush current for both supplies, provides overcurrent protection, and features an adjustable analog current limit. Additionally, it provides power-good outputs for the two supplies, a fault output, card detection, and independent control of the two supplies.
