The X4283/85 is a low-power CPU supervisor from Intersil that features 4 selectable watchdog timers, low voltage detection and reset assertion, and 128K bits of EEPROM. It supports 64-byte page write mode, self-timed write cycle, 5ms write cycle time (typical), and built-in inadvertent write protection. It also supports programmable Block Lock protection for 0, 1/4, 1/2, all or 64, 128, 256 or 512 bytes of the EEPROM array. It supports a 400kHz 2-wire interface and works with a power supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It comes in 8-lead SOIC and 8-lead TSSOP packages.
