This document describes the pinouts, features, and characteristics of the ACTS541MS radiation hardened octal three-state buffer/line driver. The product is QML qualified and complies with MIL-PRF-38535. It is manufactured using a 1.25-micron radiation hardened SOS CMOS process and exhibits high radiation tolerance and single event upset immunity. The device is latch-up free under any conditions and operates within the military temperature range. It offers significant power reduction compared to ALSTTL logic.
