ROHM BD6383EFV Technical Note

This document introduces in detail the characteristics and features of BD6387EFV, BD6385EFV, BD6383EFV, BD6389FM 36V Hall driver. This series of products has low power consumption, high reliability and various protection functions. It adopts low ON resistance DMOS and high heat-radiation power package to reduce the heat generation of IC. As for its basic function, it is a low power consumption bipolar PWM constant current-drive driver with power supply's rated voltage of 36V and rated output current of 1.0A～2.2A.
