ROHM BU34TD3WG handbook

BUTD3WG series is a high-performance FULL CMOS regulator with an output of 200 mA, which is mounted on a versatile SSOP5 (2.9 mm  2.8 mm  1.25 mm) package. It has excellent noise characteristics and load responsiveness characteristics despite its low circuit current consumption of 35A. It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.
