ROHM BD1603NUV handbook

The BD1603NUV is a 1-channel 190mA charge pump white LED driver with a 1-wire serial interface. It is best suited for applications that require large current output. The driver features output voltage and oscillation frequency switch functions to accommodate a wide variety of applications. It has low power consumption, low ripple output, over current protection, soft start function, and various protection functions.
