BH1751FVI is a digital Ambient Light Sensor IC with I2C bus interface. It is most suitable for obtaining ambient light data to adjust the LCD and keypad backlight power of mobile phones. It can detect a wide range of light intensity with high resolution (1-65535 lx). The features of this product include: I2C bus interface support, spectral responsibility similar to the human eye, conversion of illuminance to digital signal, wide range and high resolution, low power consumption, light noise rejection function for 50Hz/60Hz, 1.8V logic input interface, no need for external parts, minimal light source dependency (e.g. incandescent lamp, fluorescent lamp, etc.), two selectable I2C slave addresses, adjustable measurement result for optical window influence, small measurement variation (+/- 20%), minimal influence from infrared, and built-in power on reset circuit.
