FAIRCHILD MCT2 MCT2200 Data Sheet

The MCT2XXX series optoisolators consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual in-line package. They are UL recognized and VDE recognized, and are suitable for applications such as power supply regulators, digital logic inputs, and microprocessor inputs.
