MICROCHIP TCM809/TCM810 Data sheet

TCM809/TCM810 is a low power system supervisor circuit designed to monitor VDD in digital systems and provide a reset signal to the host processor, when necessary. It is low power (9 µA), has a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and is suitable for use in computers, embedded systems, battery-powered equipment, critical microcontroller power supply monitoring and automotive applications.
