ROHM EMH15/IMH15A Manual

EMH15 / IMH15A are NPN complex digital transistors produced by ROHM Co., Ltd. They have built-in bias resistors. They can be used in inverter circuits, interface circuits, and driver circuits. They have built-in bias resistors, eliminating the need for external input resistors and making it easy to configure inverter circuits. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, simplifying circuit design.
