EMH4 / UMH4N / IMH4A NPN 100mA 50V Complex Digital Transistors (Bias Resistor Built-in Transistors) is a digital complex transistor product launched by ROHM. This product has built-in bias resistors, two DTC114T chips in one package, no need to connect external input resistors, completely isolated thin-film resistors, eliminate parasitic effects, only need to set on/off conditions to operate, etc.
