The DTC044T series is an NPN digital transistor with built-in bias resistors, suitable for applications such as switching circuits, inverter circuits, interface circuits, and driver circuits. It features built-in bias resistors that allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to enable negative biasing. They also eliminate parasitic effects completely. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy.
