ROHM DTC114YUB Manual

This document describes the features and characteristics of ROHM's DTC114Y series NPN digital transistors, including built-in bias resistors that enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without external input resistors. The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation, eliminating parasitic effects. Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making circuit design easy. The transistors are suitable for switching circuits, inverter circuits, interface circuits, and driver circuits.
