This document introduces the applications and features of the 100mA / 50V digital transistors (with built-in resistors) DTC123EM / DTC123EE / DTC123EUA / DTC123EKA produced by ROHM. The product has built-in bias resistors, which allow the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation, enabling negative biasing of the input and almost completely eliminating parasitic effects. The device design is made easy as only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation.
