This datasheet introduces the features and characteristics of the DTC124E series NPN 100mA 50V Digital Transistors (Bias Resistor Built-in Transistors). The series features built-in bias resistors, eliminating the need to connect external input resistors to configure a logic inverter circuit. The internal resistors are isolated thin-film resistors that allow negative biasing of the input and completely eliminate parasitic effects. The series requires only the setting of on/off conditions to operate, simplifying circuit design. The series' complementary PNP types are DTA124E series, complex transistors are EMH1 / UMH1N / IMH1A / UMH5N / IMH5A. The series meets the RoHS standard.
