This document introduces the ROHM's digital transistor product series DTC124XM / DTC124XE / DTC124XUA / DTC124XKA. This product series features built-in resistors and is suitable for inverter, interface, and driver applications. The features of this product include built-in bias resistors, allowing the configuration of an inverter circuit without external input resistors; the bias resistors are made of thin-film resistors with complete isolation, allowing negative biasing of the input and almost completely eliminating parasitic effects; only on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy.
