DTA113TKA is a digital transistor manufactured by Toshiba. This transistor has built-in bias resistors, which make it possible to configure an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. In addition, the bias resistors are made of thin-film resistors with complete isolation, which allows for positive biasing of the input and almost completely eliminates parasitic effects. This transistor only requires the on/off conditions to be set for operation, making it easy to design. In addition, this transistor has a higher mounting density.
